WattCycle supports the following payment methods:
PayPal, Visa, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, UnionPay, and American Express (AMEX)
Payment Security
WattCycle cannot get any secure information about your card from the bank. Only the order number, billing information, shipping information, ordered products information, and thus the last 4 digits of your card can be provided to WattCycle.
Our website uses SSL encryption verification, a safer and more reliable website that allows you to shop safely and happily.
Order Processing
After you pay, the order is created and is under processing. It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order and the shipping time is around 2-5 business days. For more information, please click the shipping policy.
Transaction Fees
Your card-issuing bank may charge a foreign transaction fee (1-3% of the transaction amount). To avoid unexpected foreign transaction fees:
- Confirm with your bank that your card excludes such fees.
- Check your credit card terms and conditions.
- Important: If you encounter transaction fees, please contact your card-issuing bank immediately.
Coupons
How to redeem the coupons at the checkout page:
Enter the coupon code at the checkout page and then click "Apply." The discount will be automatically deducted from the order value.
Important:
- Click "Apply" before completing checkout.
- Input coupon code for the entire order cannot be used in conjunction with discounts of the same type.
Duties and Prices
In countries where WattCycle PH ships products, customers do not have to pay customs duties on their orders.
The prices provided by WattCycle PH on the website are inclusive of VAT tax.
