Warranty Policy
At WattCycle, we stand behind the quality and performance of our batteries. We offer a comprehensive warranty to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.
Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product, and use the battery correctly under the instructions of the manual.
Warranty Period
WattCycle warrants that the product will be free from defect in workmanship and material to the original consumer purchaser.
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser.
- For the battery >30Ah, the warranty period is 5 years.
- For the battery ≤30Ah, the warranty period is 3 years.
- For the battery charger, the warranty period is 2 years.
Warranty Statement
Any defects in material, workmanship of your product will be covered after you provide any valid proof of purchase and information including but not limited to:
- A purchased order number made through WattCycle official stores.
- Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel.
Note: The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty will be invalid on the items once they are taken or shipped to other countries.
Exclusions of Warranty
The warranty does NOT cover the following conditions:
- Misused, abused, damaged by accident or damaged due to force majeure (e.g. lightning strikes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.);
- Damage or performance degradation resulting from improper battery maintenance, severe deep discharge, long-term storage without periodic charging, or failure to follow battery care guidelines in the user manual;
- Unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals;
- Lost, stolen or full refunded product;
- Warranty period expired;
- The battery model on the warranty certificate does not match the actual item;
- Product wear and tear through the usage of time.
Procedures for Warranty Claims
We'll assist to analyze the consumer's problem within 24 hours, and help solve the problem, restore battery usage, and introduce the optimal use method.
If our product fails to work normally, the consumer assists us in completing all the battery testing, and both parties confirm that the product does have quality problems, we'll send a new battery replacement to the defective battery after it has been returned to our designated warehouse by the pre-paid label we prepared. And the defective battery will be checked and tested by our technical team to analyze the problem.
- From the date of purchase and within 6 months, if our products have quality problems and cannot work normally, we can provide replacement or refund services;
- Within 7 months from the date of purchase to the end of the warranty, if our products have quality problems and cannot work normally, we can provide replacement services.
Any product(s) returned for valid warranty service will be shipped at the expense and risk of us. We will provide a pre-paid label to customers who need to return the products to the designated place at the specified time.
Replacement Product Terms & Limitations
- No Secondary Warranty: Replacement products, spare parts, or reshipped items are provided solely to fulfill warranty claims for the original order. Replacement items do not receive a new warranty period, nor do they qualify for a secondary replacement or second warranty claim.
- Warranty Period Continuation: Any replacement unit strictly abides by the remaining warranty period of the original product purchased.
- 100% Quality Inspection: All replacement products undergo strict 100% quality control (QC) inspection before shipment to ensure proper functionality and quality.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Warranty Policy at any time. We will post any changes to this policy on our website.
